Our fourth episode is all about parenthood and the impact that becoming a parent can have on your mental health, whether you're a soon-to-be parent, a first time, or a parent to many.

This week, I am joined by Elsie Marsden. Elsie is a mum to two beautiful children, a 5 year old and a 2 year old. In this episode, we talk about the journey of becoming a parent, and the journey through parenthood as you navigate life with a growing child. We touch on common mental health issues associated with parenthood, such as post-natal depression, and also review the results of our polls about how becoming a parent has affected the overall mental health of the general public. We also share tips on how new or soon-to-be parents can cope with the change.
This episode's "ask-the-audience" includes questions such as "How would you describe the stability of your mental health prior to becoming a parent?", "How would you describe the stability of your mental health after having children?", "What advice do you have for new or soon-to-be parents?" and more. Thank you to everyone who voted in the polls and gave your feedback!
